Could you guys tell me how to drain the gas out of my 88 gt 5.0 because it has old gas in it.

remove the gas tank and dump/siphon it...if it needs a new/upgraded fuel pump, do it now.

There's probably some way to siphon it out, but I think auto manufacturers started making it so people couldn't siphon gas out of the filler tube? not sure on that.

Yeah, it's time for some sucky sucky .

I had some emergency kit that came with an "accordian" type thing in the middle. You might want to try that or start sucking.

would their be a problem if I just drive it until it runs out of gas?

If you can drive it, drive it to the nearest gas station and pump fresh gas in to dilute with the old gas. Drive it around some more and do it again

This could harm the pump so do what Mustang5L5 says.
