You might want to start a new thread. It sounds like you have an automatic, and since you jacked the thread, it will confuse people (I just had to re-read half of this since I couldnt figure out where this post came from - we were talking about a guy who swapped from AODE to T5).boostaddict5_0 said:Alright I got the bypass done so now the car is running, but the transmission won't go into any gear. In your thread, post if you have an AODE after all. I WOULD NOT bypass the neutral safety switch on an auto - there is NO reason to do so.

(Before, as a bad habit, I was used to turning the switch all the way, then pressing the clutch in to start it .... except this time it was in gear + no NSS)
