help!

i have a sony amp Sony XM-2165GTX

im installing it back into my car to check out my two subs to see if theyre working properly however theres a problem.

when the car is on accessory, the amp works fine, however when u start the car, something trips the protector within the amp and does not function

any ideas?

Make sure the connections are solid all the way around.

Only thing I can think of is an exposed wire somewhere.
