Hesitation

Hey again. I feel as if my stang is falling apart. Now in between 4500-5200 my engine is hesitant, asnd sputters sometimes. anyone know what could be something to look into?

Well it's most likely either fuel or spark related. When was the last time plugs, wires, cap, rotor and fuel filter were replaced? Need some baseline info before an intelligent guess can be offered.

this past week i replaced the pickup coil in the dist. the coil itself new wires and plugs and also the fuel filter. I ran seafoam through the intake. that might have posed a problem??

Are you referring to the stator (PIP)? Then you removed the distributor is that correct? Confirm that the timing is 10-12* BTDC.

Clean the MAF (brake and/or electrical contact cleaner) and check the wires and make sure each is tight on the plug and on the distributor cap. I'm going to assume for the moment a plug has not been damaged during the install. If that doesn't help replace the distributor cap and rotor. These are the next steps I would take.
