HI Guys! New Here!

Hi guys,

I'm new here, just signed up.

I pick up my 2001 GT on Friday. Hadn't planned on buying a new car, but the POS Mercury I've been driving while I finished school has a warped head.

I stopped by the website of the Honda dealer I used to work for here in Tucson, AZ, there was my new toy sitting there waiting for me!

I'm getting a White 2001 GT with 26K on the OD. Since I used to work there, I'm getting a sweet deal on the car. Getting the car for $11,900 + tax and tags.

Don't worry guys, I see too much of the ricer-wanna be crap out here in Tucson. They throw a coffee can exhaust tip on it and think they're Vin Diesel! I'm planning some sort of Bullitt-Steeda-Mach I hybrid for my GT, without it being too bolt-on-beauty. Plan on a lot of Steeda components, starting with a Tri-Ax shifter

My sales manager friend says the former owner traded it in on a Odyssey Mini-Van! ROFL! Damn! Talk about adding insult to injury!

This is my fourth Stang. Had a '66 coupe, '69 Mach I, 96 GT - Cobra Clone. Sold the '66 & '69, the '96 got stolen, stripped, and burnt in '97.

What part of tucson you in? Im also here and have been for friggin ever ..well, all 19 years of my life. You may have heard my car before, the beast is by far the loudest mustang ive heard here in Tucson

I came out here from Boston in '92 with the Air Force, got out in '00, and never left. Love the area.

I live off of Tanque Verde Rd / Catalina Highway. I work in Oro Valley.

PM and we'll hook up after I get my ride on Friday.

I used to live in Tucson and I dont remember any loud white stangs, maybe I couldnt hear you over my car Any way, I am glad to be out of that hell hole (In more ways than one, I used to be an artist at the sweat shop known as LFI or Lisa Frank Inc.) God, that place sucked donkey spheroids.

Nice, another native, we're like a virus! Anyways, its silver, not white, and i think i have seen one like yours before. What side of town did you live on?

I don't remember the AFSCs anymore.

I was a cop for 3 years, and a network administrator for 5 more, got out in '00.
