Dynoed my 06 and she has a miss at 5500rpm.They told me it looked like a ignition miss. any help would be great thank you..

try to re flash. might have to get doug to resend tune. mine did that and found out that the tune had a degraded file. after re-tune runs like a scalded dog. Hope this helps.

Well I pulled the plugs they looked like crap heavy brown buildup...I dont run additives!! Cleaned them all and the butt dyno says it runs a lot better.

if it still has the "miss", my dyno showed that jog at about 5200rpm and it felt like a miss like you say, my tuner said that it was the spacer plates between the intake and the heads that have a butterfly valve in them to increase tourque and fuel mileage. I can feel them open even when i am wot at that rpm. We can take them out and just put in spacer plates and it will make it a smooth pull
