Are the leds bright enough? I had some stealth bulbs that werent, and now I'm running silverstar turn signals which arent really clear at all. Can you post a link to where you got the bulbs too?

IMO, the LED's are bright enough. Maybe only like a 20% decrease in light output from the stockers.

I got them here http://www.v-leds.com Look under "3156/3157" bulbs. They are the 18 amber bulbs. I have heard the "super refractors" are even better but last time I checked they were out of stock.

NOTE: With these bulbs you will get the faster blinking as if the bulb was dead. You will need to buy the load resistors kit from V-Leds that corrects the problem. I was gonna do it but I actually prefer the faster blinking now as it grabs the attention of the guy behind me better then the slower blinking so he doesn't eat my ass.

Well, I think I found a way to make the projectors work. I am going to buy these



Then tint them using the head lamp tint kit from Stangmods and hopefully it will turn out like this:





Worst comes to worst I will ebay them off and go back to my smoked lights.

Looks sweet man.
So you are still running the stock headlight housings?. I heard that you can't do that because they don't come out right. is that true.

I am using stockers with clear side reflectors. They do a good job of putting out the light source but I do believe that HIDs run best with projectors. See my post above yours of what I am going to try.

Welp, Stangmods e-mailed me and says the 9007 kit will not work with those projectors. I am gonna stick with my setup for now as I need to get my go fast goodies installed and also a Dyno tune.

Later on down the road I will try what I said about tinting the projectors and purchase the H3 HID kit, then sell off this 9007 kit on the classifieds here. I hardly drive at night so they will get little use.

On your lights, look at the top edge going torwards the center of your car. There is a small hole there. Stick whatever you can in there to make it turn. The manual recommends a 6mm Allen wrench but who the hell has one of those handy? Not me at least. It took a wide flat head but I managed to turn them. A phillips was useless, just destroyed the rubber groove.

Its on page 195 of the manual if I remember correctly.
