My brights aren't working and I can't get the car to pass state inspection until I get it fixed. The headlights and both blinkers work, I replaced the bulbs and the fuse is good. What else should I check for? Thanks

Also check the underhood fuse box and look for the one marked "hi-beam relay". It'll be marked on the lid you removed or in your owners manual.

Swap it temporarily with another relay, say the fuel pump relay, and try the high beams again.
