I´m about to replace the power steering pump and pressure hose in my 91 LX 5.0. It came with AC but I just removed it for weight savings. Now that I´m about to buy the new pressure hose for the power steering I see that there are 2 kinds. One for Factory AC cars and another one for non AC cars. If my car came with AC but was removed, which one do I need?

Thanks
Jay

Just keep the line you have if it's good.

The only difference is the length of the hose. I beleove the hose for the non ac cars is a little longer due tp the ps pump being mounted higher.

If you run a delete pulley, you want an ac hose. If you used the ford racing oem delete, you want one for a non ac car....but the ac hose will work. It just rubs slightly on the bracket.

I used the delete that moves the PS higher. I´ll be getting the Non AC hose. Thanks
