interesting. it could be a case of some crappy gas. if so, a can of octane boost might help. other than that, did you add anything new lately like a new air filter and also removed the air silencer?

I havent done anything to it.... yet.. bone stock... and i run 93 octane.. so thats why it pis$ed me off so much..

dont worry about it unless it happens again? or is it something to worry about?

How many miles are on it and have you ever done any recommended preventitive maintenance? Such as changing the fuel filter, cleaning the MAF, cleaning/replacing IAC...

Yeah, my first thought was a fuel filter. I had a 95 s-10 truck that I ran the piss out of and never did anything to it. It started to buck and cut-out and stall at 80,000 miles  so I changed the fuel filter. It ran better than it did the day I bought it with 15,000 or at least it felt like it did. I cut the fuel filter in half with a hacksaw (I was really just seeing if it would blow up!) and there was a muddy, mucky black mess inside that thing. hahahahaha Oh well, you live and learn. I bought my 97 with 53,000 miles the fuel filter was the first thing I did to it.
