I am rebuilding my 89 5.0 engine, just rings and bearings, and was wondering why many of the kits specify "for non HO engines". The kits that specify that they are for HO engines cost more. Are the bearings different? Is it just a ploy to get more money out of customers? Or is it just the intake gaskets, which don't matter since I'm putting on an aftermarket intake?
