Sorry if this is in the wrong section. The guy who owned my 93 cobra before me installed an aftermarket radio and drilled 4 ugly holes into the center console to mount it. I searched and tried to find if anyone on here had found a way to cover them up and reinstall the stock radio but couldn't find anything.

I was thinking of using some type of filler on the holes and trying to do just a spot paint job on it but I don't think it would turn out that great. Anyone got any ideas?

Thats the one.. I wanted a more custom look so i took and cut out a piece of wood to fit the entire panel area then cut out a spot for the radio and used a hole saw to center and place some of my gauges.... took a couple hours but after sanding and using a router on the edges it fits great and looks real sharp in satin black.

I went back to a stock 1993 cd player in my car.

I took the center console out, filled the holes, and then painted the area black.

What did you fill the holes with? I'm curious what you can use to fill holes in plastic with.

Epoxy would work.

I think I used plastic. I melted It with soldering iron and filled holes with it. Then I sanded and painted.
