With current valve cover setup the breather hole is towards back on passenger side. That side is conflicting with the throttle cable in order to install anything. On the driver's side valve cover hole is under intake leaving little room for much at all.

Was looking to see if anyone has come up with something based on this configuration to still run the PCV hose back to throttle body as I know that needs to still happen. And even with that said was an open grommet like shown okay to do on the one cover that wouldn't have the PCV tube?

Was trying to avoid welding on any type of new filler next. If I had to do that likely maybe just look for different valve cover setup. Figured would see if anyone has come up with something.

Thanks in advance.

Take and old pcv valve and gut it, pop the empty shell into the grommet(may need to get a grommet with a different I.D. ) and hook the hose to that

Then just find something to plug the unused grommet on the other side
