Symptoms indicate high float level.
What is your fuel pressure ?
89 Fox with Holley 650 double pumper supposedly rebuilt from Holley to stock internals is causing a stall on hard brakingand hesitation on hard turns like the bowls are losing fuel but floats are adjusted high as they can go but even all the way up barely will trickle out of the sight plug hole have no clue maybe its defective carb or bowl issue other than that it runs great
There's a restriction in the inlet that feeds the needle and seat. Or a defective assy. If you have the floats as high as they will go, gasoline would be pouring out of the bowl vent on top of the carburetor.[/QUO
Take the bowl offI mean i have adjusted the float high as i could basically and it still won't trickle out normal I have to bump it harder for it to even trickle out
No,..remove the needle and seat assy. Make sure that there's nothing clogging it. Check that your float level is truly correct. Adjusted properly, once the bowl is inverted, the top of the float hangs evenly with the reinforcing ribs around the top two bowl screws.Then what
Pull the fuel line off and see if you can blow air through the passages.

If this is your first Holley, you should really get one of the many tuning books written out there to deal with one of these carbs. They have been used successfully since the early 70's,..and when they work they work. But if you got something wrong ( and you do,...) they suck.
