Holley fuel pressure regulator

I have a new in the box Holley fuel pressure regulator that I never used. The part number is 512-500-1.It fits all fuel injected 302 mustangs. It sells for $65.00 from Jegs. I will take $50.00 shipped to the lower 48 states or would be happy to trade it for something that will fit my 97 GT.
