Plans call for a top end kit, but i'm not sure which one. Narrowed it down to TFI street heat or Holley Systemax2.Goal is 325 to the tire, maybe 350 if possible. Heads/cam/intake/pistons/rings and rods will be changed. this is for a currently bone stock 91 302 with 198k miles. i wnt to keep compression between 9.5 and 10:1 to accomodate boost later on. would like torque to be as close as possible to the hp, all peak at below 5000 rpm.(this is my daily driver)Ive read threads that say valve train tick is loud with the TFI, and Holley lowers suck oil, so Im wondering what the real differences are between the 2. my budget will be $5k or less so these 2 fit the bill there. I need opinions and stats from first hand experience with both of these kits. any help or input is appreciated
(yeah, I know. It's TFS< not tfi)
