The huggers will dump right on top of the main crossmember. That and I'm betting that they still won't have clearance against the inner fenderwall, especially on the passenger side.
I've never run hookers, just Dynomaxes and Headmans. Patriot, a division of Pertronix, makes a set of V8 headers and, from what I understand, also a set for the V6 too! Never ueds either, yet. The Dynomaxes are kinda stingy as they really will only work with the MII bellhousings. From what others have been saying and my own findings, the Headmans will clear the full bellhousing and should clear the T-5 bell with minor work. Downside is you'll have to deal with that #1 tube under the crossmember....or you could route it inline with the other 3 tubes, like a Dynomax or Hooker.
