Hey fellas,
I'm getting some really bad wheel hop now. Im' talking first gear is totally useless...i hop through the entire RPM range. What can i do? I know that i need LCA and UCA's? Just not sure what application and where to buy them.
Thanks in advance.

I can tell you why you are getting wheel hop. This happened on my car when i had the stock upper and lower control arms. You quad shocks are busted, which are band-aids to the factory 4 link. I drag raced my car alot and busted the quad shocks when i was still on the factory upper and lower control arms. I had wheel hop bad hitting 2nd gear and through 1st. I added the x2c upper and lower control arms and took off my old quad shocks and kept them off. And bam, no more wheel hop. All thouhg I do not recommend x2c control arms, especially there uppers. Go with something like steeda, metco, griggs, or maximum motorsports.

Hope this helps you

Josh

Go with the aluminum upper and lowers. I got them on my car and noticed a huge difference. Installation wasn't too bad; expect to spend a little bit of time on the job. Helps if you have an air compressor to take out all the bolts too :) Otherwise it's not that difficult.

Steeda aluminums are about half the weight of the stock U/L arms and stronger than most steel arms. They are more money, but losing weight on my car was my main concern. To me and IMO, Steeda aluminums were the best choice. They are no harder to put on then any of the others. The only arms that may be harder, from an installation point of view, would be adjustable uppers. You can adjust your differential pinion angle with them and you would need some understanding of what angles do help when launching.
