i highly doubt it. do a test though, mock up some sort of spacer on top of the intake to estimate how much space u have. U could either just make something up thats 3/8 thick or figure out a way to see your total space available.

It probably wouldnt be hard to find something thats 1/2" thick and u could use a dab of whiteout on it to see if the hood touches.

why do you need the taller valve covers? that is the problem. solve that and all your other issues go away. is it your roller rockers?

i went with comp pro magnum roller rockers and that let me keep stock height valve covers. then i didn't need a spacer and i could close my hood.

Its a simple 5 minute test for u to go out and see what space u have to work with before u start buying stuff to replace new stuff u just bought....

U can answer your own question

your hood wont close with the spacer. . .
i bought taller covers and cant run them because with a spacer on my intake (power plus) the hood wont close. . . use the smaller covers, lower mounts or buy a cobra or cowl hood
