2003 GT. is there a simple way of doing a voltage test for the fuel pump. while cycling the key I don't hear anything from the tank and won't start, going to replace filter first, if that doesn't work then I suppose I'll change the pump. This car has a history for the last 3 years with a no start after sitting for the winter unless I shoot some gas in the injecter line, but this no longer works. Thanks all

A long shot but did you check the crash switch? If you are going to drop the tank to R/R it, check the voltage going there before replacing it. A wiring diagram should show you the possible places to check for power w/o dropping the tank..
