how do i find a draw on my battery

My wifes Explorer's battery dies every 3 days. I believe it must have a draw on it somewhere, how do i test to find it? By the way the alternator is a few months old. Thanks.

pull out fuses one by one and use a test light or multimeter to see if there is current going through them.

Look for little things, like the dome light staying on, the courtsey or glove box that doesn't shut off.

have 2 people. Have someone inside the car at the fuse panel, do this with all the doors closed and the car off, key out. You hang by the battery with the negative unhooked with a simple light tester. Now, check the tester by connecting the negative terminal to the negative wire. A draw would be indicated by it lit up. Pull the first fuse, then replace. When the light goes off, that is the fuse the draw is on. Good luck, and let us know if you need anymore help.
