2 bolts, 2 nuts for the front seats, pop off the plastic cover, have at it. Power seats have a plug, don't forget that. Before/after pic?

you might wanna spray down the nuts/bolts a few hours before you take the seats out (rear bolts stick out under car and might have a little rust on em)

as far as interior paneling goes just take your time and dont break anything!

and for future searchers, if you have broken power seats, ratcheting box end wrenches make the seat removal task much easier.

good luck.

I've had the whole interior out to dye the tan panels to black and to put a black carpet in. The only issue I have had it that after I put the speaker deck back in it is rattling on a piece of loose tint and "buzzes." To take the speaker panel out you have to remove the rear trim and seats again so Im not gonna bother w/it.
Once you remove the seats (gotta take out at least the rear seat cushion to do the carpet) go after the front kick panels, just a couple push pins and they are out. The door sills just pop off, but the clips sometimes stay w/the car. No biggy, just take em off and put em back onto the plastic door sill. Remove the seat belt where they attach at the floor pan. It's easy, just take your time.
