I wouldn't by heads based on looks...
You need to know valve size, large valve heads may require pistons to be notched, also with cylinder heads...bigger is not always better.
I just installed a pair on my friend's 5.0. I'm not all that impressed. I personally wouldn't buy them.
I'd rather save a little more and get some TFS heads.
Friend of mine just put down 350HP to the wheels on his 302 with TFS heads, an F303 cam, a ported CObra intake and a 65mm TB and other basic bolt ons. I was VERY impressed.
stay away....we put a set on my buddies car and they lasted all of 200 miles and the keepers on one valve broke and it destroyed a piston and beat the head to hell. and atleast two or three more keepers were on the edge of popping out. the castings arent bad so if you can buy them bare and put everything in them than i would do that...but otherwise i would just save up and get a different set
edit: that is if they are from tristate cylinder head
well i bought these heads from tristate dragnazz5.0 is refering to me i had to re drill the push rod hole and clearence the guide plates to just buy a set of afrs or tfs twistedwedge heads
