How Do These Power Window Kits Work?

Does anyone know how these kits work, and if it would work on a 66?

I would not suggest using the universal fit tyoe kits on a Mustang. Hanline makes the best direct fit kit I have seen. You will have to search for them as I do not remember their website as they did not have one for the longest time.
