First, if you have the 460 sound, you need to remove the speaker box. Pull on the forward corner, and it should pop off.
Next, locate the slot at the top of the "cup" handle trim in the door. Pry down on it with a flat screwdriver and work out the top. Once that's loose, you pull up on the bottom (back) end. There's just a metal body clip holding it on. Remove the window/lock switch by removing the 2 phillips screws. Remove the connector for the power mirrors.
Locate the locking tab for the handle trim and push down while out to remove that piece.
There are 2 (long) phillips screws where the "cup" used to be, remove those.
On the front side of the door, there is a single "christmas tree" plastic body clip. Remove that.
Pull up on the door panel, and your done. One more thing, there is still one more connection towards the back of the panel. It's for the "single switch" down part of the window circuit. Remove that, and you're home free.
