Easy way for dummies (like me) that can't weld:
1. Drive rear of car up onto ramps.
2. Jack up front of car.
3. Stick a second pair of ramps under front wheels.
4. Lower front of car onto ramps. There. Your
suspension is preloaded as it would sit if parked on solid ground.
5. Clean contact areas of SFC's BEFORE you bolt them on (assuming you have bolt-on SFC's).
6. Bolt them puppies on.
7. Take the front ramps out, drive the car off the rear ramps, crack open a beer and marvel at your handiwork.
8. The next day (or after you've sobered up), drive the car to a shop that can weld the stuff for ya' (anywhere from $20 to $50 on average).
9. Drive car home with big insane smile on face.
10. Crack open more beer(s) and enjoy.
