how do you take apart a sn89??? pics inside

ok i have a sn89 unit and for some reason the perpellor got stuck i noticed it because it started squeeling i took it off asap but tried to take it apart and came to a problem the aleen bolts that are on the front came off where you can see the perpellor but i cant get that piece off i took pics of what has been done so far anyone know how to remove the rest???

You need to remove the 12 point bolt that holds the impellor to the output shaft and wiggle the impellor off the shaft. Should have two roll pins in the end of the shft to keep the impellor from spinning if memory serves. Be carefull around the output seal, it's expensive. Usually they burn up and the balls will have pits or the castle drive will have excessive wear where the balls are driven. Be sure to take the oil pump piston out before reassembling or you risk damaging the input shaft eccentric.

While it's apart take and port the outlet of the blower and then sand it smooth and finally polish it. Run some synthetic ATF and the thing will put out 8-10 psi on a stock motor.

Juts rebuilt one for a friend and the rebuild kit was $450 from paradise wheels and $75 for the oil pump. They suck, but they are the only authorized dealer around.

ok do i need to buy a special tool to get that 12 point off?? also do i need to remove the front cover thats infront of the perpellor if so how do i go by doing this??? i removed all the allen bolts but it still wont open it has holes that are filled in i hope thats not the problem take a look at the pics youll see what im talking about. any more info would be so helpfull thanks. also i think something may have come loose i just want to take it apart and see if anything needs to be replaced if so ill call up paradise but they wont tell me how to take it apart

forgot to tell you i only ran it for 2 days and then it stop working. the perpellor doesnt spin at all by hand i think it somehow got stuck. also i didnt have a bypass i just found out about this about running a hose fromt he intake to the back part behind the maf so i think the boost pushed the air into the supercharger when i whent from wot to idle i was racing and i was at wot then i put in nutral on slowed down by coasting and ever since it made a big sound so i took it out and thats why im trying to take it apart to see if i can fix it
