how do you tighten down the tensioner?

My tensioner moves back and forth and I have tried to tighten it down as much as I can but it still move. Heres a diagram to show you what Im talking about.

The tensioner is spring loaded. Should tighten against the belt automatically if the correct sized belt is used.

Or are you talking about tightening the T-50 torx bolt that goes into the head?

well I tighten down the torx bolt down as much as it will go but the pulley would bounce up and down.

Did you get the knob on the tensioner in the hole on the acc. bracket?

The spring could be busted. Possibly in need of a new tensioner. Does it have force to it?

it feels like it has force, I can't turn it with my bare hand and it just bounce up and down a very mildy nothing extreme. I would get another one but Im piss that I spent money to get it polished and now I can't even use it.
