Well my club had a dyno day yesterday (06-18-05). We had a good turn out for our first dyno day. I am happy with my numbers. I ended up with 244rwhp with 284rwtq corrected.

My first pull was 239 with 278, I added 1deg of timing and leaned it out a bit up top and richened it down low and picked up 5 with 6. they Dyno shop was impressed with my car. He said I have a strong motor for it's mods.

I only had two issues, on the second pull the throttle got stuck open and slammed the limiter 5-6times [:o], ended up that the throttle stop got caught on my intake clamp. A little twist and that was fixed, and the second was I ran out of pulls before I could get the lowend A/F a tad better, but runs a solid 12.5 after 4k.

Anywho here are my stock numbers (1 1/2yrs ago) and yesterday modded.

STOCK: 3000 miles on the clock no mods

MODDED: Tuneable induction full kit, 75mm Accufab, C&L Plenum (P&P by me), Catted Magnaflow X, Magnapack, Predator, Royal Purple Frt to Bk, Denso Iridiums, 4.10s.

you need to get that AF ratio flattened out some... probably make even better numbers once you get that under control.

Yeah it's a little lean on the front end. I may get a custom tune from predator to get that fixed. The 2k-4k adjustment would make the car rich around 4k if I got the front end worked out.

Still happy with the numbers just a little work on that AF and it would/should be better.

Some really smooth looking horsepower and torque curves. No weird drops or anything. Yeah, the Predator will smooth that A/F out really nicely.

A custom tune will work very well. Like you said the coarse adjustments we can make ourselves on the Predator overlap sometimes into an rpm range we don't want to adjust. A custom tuner on the other hand can make much more specific adjustments. I bought a custom tune by e-mail for $75, with unlimited tunes, and it's been great.

Where did you buy the tune from? I wouldn't mind spending 75 for something like that
