How Good Are Jet Chips??????????

i have a stage 1 jet chip, with a volant cai, soon to be magnaflow c/xpipe, borla cat-back will this chip work well. how much gain in horse will it supply. in the later future i will be getting bigger t/b and plenum. do you think i should wait till every thing is installed before putting chip in, so that it can adjust to all the new add-ons. thanks
