LCAs can be swapped in under an hour, really easy.
Panhard rod can be very difficult, it really depends on your comfort with drilling into the frame and having to retionalize around problems when instructions dont go quite right. I did mine by myself with jack stands and hand tools... took an entire day... but i can prolly do it now in about 2-3 hours. so far i have installed everything in my sig with just hand tools, floorjacks/jackstands, and by my self.... one thing i have learned is that dificulty is relative to the installer.
LCA's took me around 1 1/2 hour with hand tools and a little patience. The Panhard bar could be trickier as you do have to do some drilling and not every mod goes as planned like it has been said.
The LCAs are easy. Make sure you have a breaker bar. The stock bolts on mine were a ****** to take off without it.
You may have to loosen the Cat Back to get to the inside-front bolt. Don't skimp on the Synth. Grease for the bushings.
I couldn't tell you anything about the panhard bar though.
The panhard bar will be a pain in the ass if you have anything other than a stock or Dynomax catback. All others require some kind of custom modification to the exhaust
