I've installed a new set of must blower cams on a set of 00' Windsor pi heads, and I find the left side spins really free, but the right side spins with more effort. It doesn't bind but if spun quickly then let go to see how many revolutions it will make, it only makes 3/4 to 1 before stopping. The other side will make a couple. This is withount followers and chains installed. Anyone run into this? Am I looking at potential failure? Or am I parenoid? The caps and towers were not perfect, but were not trashed. Is there a way to determine which way the caps face? Mine were all stamped so I installed them the way they were.
