How heavy of a flywheel should I get?

Im getting a new clutch in my 96 GT, so while im at it, i want to put in a lighter flywheel. but i dont know much about flywheels. How heavy is the stock one and what weight do you guys recommend for my new one? Also, how do i know if i need a 6-bolt or a 8-bolt? and it has almost nothing to do with why im getting it, but what kind of gains can be expected from a lighter flywheel?

if your car is a daily driver I reccomend a new stock flywheel. Without going into depth about it, it is the most comfertable for D.D. activity. Your car will feel more responsive, but not necessisarily faster with a l/w flywheel
