Got a 2003 GT, 51k miles, no mods except black bullitt wheels. how long will the suspension hold up if i just swap an eibach prokit on and get an alignment? Gonna be a few months before I get money for shocks/struts together.

thats the direction I plan to go. I don't drive the car daily. Previous owner did I think. I have owned it for 4-5 months and put around 500 miles on it.

this spring/summer when i do drive it daily I will put about 500 miles/wk on it

Depends on the roads you drive, the size of tires and wheels on the car and how you drive it.

I've seen all original parts on 150K fox bodies in good shape, and I've seen 75K parts on 99-04 Mustangs worn out.

I replaced struts, and inner and outers on my 50K 96 Cobra. One strut was junk, the other was fine. The inners were junk, but the outers were fine. The ball joints were in good condition, so I left them alone. Got the alignment and the car drove much better, even though it wasn't that bad before.

The pro kit wont make your shocks/struts die any faster. I put my pro kit
on at 8k, and the factory shocks/struts are still like new at 54k.
Ive never even needed an alignment, tire wear is fine.
