How much confidence would you guys place in something like an aftermarket axle from Moser (with their claims of being stronger) but still a 28 spline count?

Stock rear and motor, my car is a ticking time bomb everytime I leave the line @5K with Hoosiers. I have a free tow if it happens though.

11.70'S-120 + MPH Bone stock suspension, Axles, Diff. 3.73 gears...no rear girdle either. Probably have 100 11.xx passes and 200 12-13 sec passes on drag radials with the 60 ft in the 1.7-2.0 range. suspensions fine, the stock t-5 doesnt like it too much though...its in my backyard leaking oil

wow...i really gotta upgrade my axles, but how strong is the stock carrier? i guess the best bet is just go get a good spider gearless carrier and some 31 spline axles. good thing i only got 295 street tires, and not enough rwhp(275)

It wouldn't be the end of the world. I do live close enough where I would go grab an inclosed race trailer and take it home to fix it up.

p.s. It rained, so I didn't get to use the slicks. I wasn't going to beat the hell out of my drivetrain either. I am just slick of my nittos spinning even when I slip the clutch.

squeezestroke i live in lancaster. How much do you want for the cold air kit?

upgrade the rear axles and diff. for cheap insurance i.e. a ride home, and a reason to get new gears.

UNFORTUNATELY MY CAR IS IN PIECES, I WISH I WOULD HAVE GOT SUSPENSION TO MAKE MY CAR GO 11'S INSTEAD OF THE NITROUS...THEN IT MIGHT STILL BE TOGETHER. ITS COOL THOUGH, I AM PUTTING A CARB ON IT AND IT SHOULD GO BOTTOM 11'S, HIGH 10'S WITH THE CARB AND NITROUS!
