How much should 4.10's help me in the 1/4 mile?

I would guesstimate about half a second maybe. Does not seem like much, but in the 1/4 it is.

Whats in the Mach1 stock ? 3:27 or 3:55 's ?

I'd say like an easy .3 if not more. As long as you dont shift in 5th gear..All depending of tire size. 3:90 gears are perfect for me

The Mach's have a 3.55 stock gear.

With a DOHC car, and plans to stay N/A I would go 4.30's or 4.56's depending on how much highway driving you are doing, how much you drive the car, etc.

If you are planning on a power adder such as a Blower or Turbo you can stick 4.10's or 4.30's

I agree if you stay N/A go 4.30's. Power adder, 4.10's. Just my .02cents.
