How much would you spend for this ebay stang?

Shows to go you that there are filthy rich people out there who just drop money for the fun of it.

I think if you were obscenely rich it might fit the bill. Especially if you were rich and not a car guy, just dabbling for bragging rights. Most of us would rather build our own - or at least pay someone to build a car to our specs, rather than just get what someone else decided to make. It's hard to visualize a person just buying this and putting it in a corner of their garage among the other cars they don't drive - but I'd expect that's who will buy it.

For $80,000, I'd want the rear valance to fit. :D

:D Yea, he just used the sheet metal screws on the top part. Should have used the little bolt with the L bracket on the bottom, then seam sealed it or something. Looks like I did it. :D

This is exactly what I was thinking.
If I had Jay Leno or Tim The Tool Man Taylor type money I could see building something like this. Although I would have prob. went with a 331/347 or 408/427 for a stroker. Then again, these 2 guys have so many cars I bet they have to have friends come over and drive them just so they wont sit too long. I really can't relate to that kind of money. :(

I was thinking the entire exhaust looked cheesy and cheap.
The header primarys were spliced into after the headers were coated, and they didn't even recoat to cover the tube sections they added in.

I don't know if you guys realize, but that is an 8.7" block.
That is why they had to lengthen the 289 headers, why they used a Vic intake (the only one available for 8.7 block), and why they got so many cubes.

Hi guys. Im new here - as a matter of fact, this is my first post.
I've spent alot of time on eBay trying to find a desent stang - that i can afford, but it seems hard. I've also looked at that one, and even though i don't have a stang yet, i can tell that that one is way overpriced.
If i was the seller, id strip it, and sell it a spare parts - could probably generate more money than that fake Shelby.

I am shocked at the money clones are getting at auctions like Barret-Jackson. There is definitely a lotta stupid money out there.

Remember, this car has zero bids, so it looks like the free world agrees with us.

And at $80k, reserve isn't met yet!

I am going to put mine on ebay as soon as it is done. "Shelby R Coupe Clone"

475hp stroker
custom paint
bullet wheels
Entire engine chrome
Engine bay powdercoated
...blah blah...

$60k...hahahaha...A STEAL if you ask me!

Allcar--I won't give you a penny more than 55K for it! :D

I guess this listing is proof that there is a sucker born every minute.
