Sorry to bomb the list, I know I saw this a few months ago but now that I need it, I can't find it in the search. How do I remove the pannel on top of the grill to get access to the fog light bulbs? I hate to break anything and someone had a simple solution to access the bulbs.

Thanks in advance.

There is 6(I think) plastic pins holding that plastic cover down. Take a flat edge screw driver and pop the top of the pin up. Once it is up, the pin should just pull out.

Once you have the plastic off, there is 2 bolts on each side of the grill. Remove those bolts, and the whole grill will pull forward a little.

You should be able to reach your arm in there, and remove the electrical connector on the light. From there, just twist and pull, and the bulb will come out. When installing the new one, be careful because you can knock the metal thing inside of the lens out of place. If you do, just fish it back into place with a piece of wire.

In any event, the whole process is detailed in your owners manual.

To get a little more clearance, take a look with a flashlight. There are several barb connectors molded into the grille back. You need to push them inward, I believe, and then they will allow the grille to be pushed forward a little more. I couldn't get my hands in there without doing that.

Once you get the clearance, the bulbs twist to remove just like the headlight bulbs. Remember not to touch the glass with your bare fingers. The glass surface doesn't like oils and such when it gets hot.
