Pull off the rocker molding and use a little heat with a heat gun. Don't get it too hot because you could damage the paint. May have to put it on and take it off a few times to get it right. A little bit of heat and some elbow grease. Blow out all the dirt and leaves and from the rocker molding bracket while you have it off.
