With a real 302: 650 carb, RPM or Stealth intake, good heads (AFR165, TFS, Edelbrock, Windsor Jr.), bigger cam (220-230 @ .050" range), 1 5/8" full length headers, 2 1/2" mandrel exhaust.

331/347 stroker will get to and past 350hp much easier: Could up carb to 750, RPM/Stealth or Jic Jr. intake, AFR185 or TFS heads, cam in the 230-236 @ .050" range, could up headers to 1 3/4".

Of course with this much power you will have trouble putting it to the ground with a 40 year old suspension. All it takes is more money!
