How to make custom INTERCOOLER?

anyone know how to make an intercooler (air to air), because im interested and have no clue on how to.

Intercoolers arn't the sort of thing you make. You buy one to install... be it a used factory IC, or new sparco.
If you are sure you want to make one, you can buy a nice core, and weld some end tanks on.

Everyone usually takes factory cores and has them welded together. My brother did this and it came out pretty good....he says he can feel the difference.
