If your release buttons are messed up like mine it's a PITA! The release button is about right in the center of the seat on each side, right beneath the front of the cushion. Push that button straight back and lift up on the seat. A flat screwdriver is required, and possibly a BFH.

I don't know about the seat backs, but I'm guessing there's just a few bolts holding them in. Good luck!

The bottom one comes out with pushing in on the release about mid way between each cushion. For the back there are three bolts in the bottom that you will find once you remove the lower part of the seat. You then lower the seat backs and take out the three bolts that hold the top pad on. Once you lift this out you will see two more bolts that come out. Now the entire seat frame will comeout. All of the above mentioned bolts are 10mm. I actually took all of mine out today to clean them with my carpet cleaner and it took all of 5min to take the back seat out.
