If no spark leaving a given coil wire, put a test light across both electrical terminals on the coil's connector. Look for the test light to flash while cranking. If it does, the coil should be bad. If it doesn't, check injector pulsing. If missing, the PIP or TFI are likely. If present, the TFI is likely.
