Misfire cyl 2 under 3200 RPM, not the coil or injector

I have a 2015 GT and it is misfiring on cyl 2, sometimes 3. We did a compression test and that was good. Smoke test, no issues. Swapped the coil on 2 with the one on cyl 5, swapped the injector from 2 with 6. Issue remained on cyl 2. We changed the rubber grommets to the spark plugs on the valve covers, and the valve cover gaskets. Also changed plugs. No change. Any ideas why I would still be misfiring on 2 when I am under 3200 rpm? If I go over that I have zero issues. If you are able, please give me troubleshooting ideas rather than just throwing parts at it. Thank you.
