wow, i left for a few hours to go to the shop and i missed all this...tonight I was sandblasting everything so that I can polish it all to a nice finish...Stephane, the sandblaster we have is killer! Feel free to use it

Stephane, thanks for the pics, they're awesome, almost better quality than my digital camera pics...i hate HP. Stop torquing your nuts while touching my car.

JT, now that you mention it, it does look a little neon-ish....i hope that thought doesn't stick in my head. We're having a BALL, the build up should be fun.

I put a bid in on a 3.5 inch cowl but lost on it....it's alright, with the break up of colors along that line, future body parts will only cost me in one color, not two...

Mike, your car looks like you did alot more prep work for it....and like Doug said, it might look disgusting at first, but look what the end result turns out to be....I cannot WAIT to see this thing

Therian - the shop is mine Actually, it's the military's...we have an auto club on base, and it only costs me 60 bucks a year to do whatever the hell I want in it...aside from running a chop shop...which sucks.

GTA - I'll tell ya it's a blessing having this shop....at worst, I'll have the cleanest engine ever after the build...since I'm stripping everything I can and polishing it...
we are planning on a mild build up of heads, cam, intake, and whatever else I can afford....hopefully enough to increase displacement

this was about mid summer last year when i was still tossing up a few ideas.

good news is though i will be 'suspending' the sale of my car for a short while anyway.
i was able to get my very first ever gig in film production... FINALLY
and i need the car for transportation, so i won't be selling yet.

if this well dries up without any leads, i'm still back in the same boat i was before, and will sell shortly after, but right now anyway... good news! yay... excited.
Because I really don't want to have to sell in order to progress my career.

Sucks.
