Ok, I'm going to share my new puppy! I just got her today. Her name is Rita and she's a 3 month old Shephard mix. I got her from the humane society. Some ******* left her in a box in a field.

For some reason your pic isnt showing up but congrats on your new pup, its very heart warming to know you probably her saved life and she now has a good home. Its very hard for me to even walk into the humane society and see all those helpless dogs and cats. It makes you want to take them all home. Enjoy your new puppy

Thanks... She's our second pound puppy. They had an entire litter of border collie/chocolate lab mix pups that the city brought in... some ******* threw them in a garbage can.

My picture didn't work because I changed her name and changed the folder name.

She's a lover. She follows me around, licks my face, cuddles. That's how she weaseled her way into my heart... she gave me THE eyes and licked my face. I was done. lol

Well, here is a pic of Sampson, that I took right before work tonight. (caught him mid-yawn)

Ain't he sweet.... best alarm system that dog food can buy.

So far, the only person who has balls enough to house sit (go in when Im not home) is my dad.

Only about 95lbs. (he's not *quite* as big as he looks in the pic)

He was only 68lbs when I picked him up from the humane society (skin and bone)... but that was almost a year and a half ago.

He's a real good pooch, ya just can't leave ANY food out when you're not home. I mean any..., it doesn't matter if it's vacuum sealed, tupperware, igloocooler lunch box thing, etc... nothing stops him. If it's out, and he's hungry, it's history!

But other than that he's great. AND he's a proud graduate of Petsmart's training classes (you should see the pic of him with the little square graduation cap on - PRICELESS!!!)
