Like the title say in the form of codes!

511, 173, 628, 536, 632.

My car runs normal until it seems that the O2 sensor heat up then afr goes anywhere from 10-20.2   It all started On tuesday when I went into work and there drains in the parking lot were flooded I trie to get around the water but... it was pretty deep and It got in through my cutouts and I think it ruined my 2 stock O2 sensors Thats why it runs so ruff. The funny thing is when its at 18-20 afr it sounds like Toms car since it Idles low:D :nonono:

173 Oxygen sensor not switching - system is or was rich - Single, Right or Rear
511 No power to PCM pin 1 or bad PCM (processor)
628 Excessive converter clutch slippage

these Iam somewhat worried about.:(

Would the 628 be caused from inproper signals from the computer from the O2??

Go through all of the plugs related to the O2 sensors and transmission controls and give them a good spraying with some WD40. The O2 sensors can be sumberged in water and still work, but if the connections are full of moisture, they'll never work right. The one I'd be most concerned with is the 511, but if the car still runs, something else is amiss and causing that code. I'd ensure everything is dry, clear the PCM, then pull codes again after the adaptive strategy has a chance to learn everything again. The only one I'm not sure about is the 536 - Brake On/Off Circuit Failure/Not Actuated During KOER. I'd think possibly the ABS unit, since it's mounted low on the frame, and may have gotten some water in the connections to it as well. Otherwise, I'm at a loss for that one.

I like Matt's idea. :nice: Total cause-and-effect going on there (plus the carnage of being wet/stuff possibly shorting out).

Also, do you have a chip?

The BOO code can generate if you did not hit the BOO (brake pedal) during the KOER code retrieval (you do it when you turn the steering wheel and hit the OD button).

Good luck.

IIRC, and I didn't catch the fact that you're running a TwEECer before, that will trigger the 511. I believe that's why JT asked if you had a chip. Smart man that JT, smart man...

well after taking a look under I remambered that My O2's plug is on the sides of the engine and not under my near any water. but maybe water got into the wires and messing with it. Also for a day it would drive normally but today It was runnning rich not lean It stay the same under accelerationand just idling in gear.I haven't been able to work on it since I cant fix my car at my place (homeowners assoc.) So I have to take to brothers and take a look at the wires.
