The outcome was an unsafe driving ticket which is no points but the fine is an ass kicking off $439

Cop wasnt even there, but they didnt throw it out, when i talked to the prosectutor he was giving me only unsafe driving ($150) and a ($150 surcharge) the judge wound up giving me a $250 surcharge and the seatbelt got dropped all in all. The prosecutor was really cool, he even said to me as soon as he read the ticket that he didnt believe i did donuts and i told him about the cop being an ass and he said that was probably because my high school football team beat his. Some guy that had a careless and couldnt even speak english paid only $150 when it got knocked down to unsafe driving. I got screwed over but it is better then having points

In all honesty, yeah the points are the important part. Try to look at the bright side, it could have been the same fine WITH points. :x Plus, the next time a friend trys to get you do something like that you have an EASY to understand reason why NOT to do it. Just throw a rev at them.

I used that in HS when getting busted for doing a 180 in the parking lot. Worked and I was driving a truck with an automatic.

Ugh I have court on Monday.....the first day of school. Cop put careless driving because I was right on my friends ass. Driving at unsafe speeds and tailgating. I do not want points.....im nervous as ****!
