OK look I installed a Ram 900 Clutch adj cluth cable and Alum. flywheel with billet inserts into a 03 Cobra k (Roomates) It had a Prob going into gear and then when all that got fixed took it for a spin and did a uturn and snap i was think F*&^ NO i though the cable broke. but no it was the throw out bearing. so it all comes apart and my roomate takes it back to LONESTAR PERFOMACE and they say that they cant warrenty it because it DID NOT HAVE THE RAM FLYWHEEL i was like WTF??? IT previously had the 900 in ant it had the OEM FLYWHEEL in there and it did fine but now al of a sudden they want the RAM FLYWHEEL to... Are they just Rippen my roomate a new one or what???

I just went to Lonestar Saturday and asked for a heavy duty clutch(with ford motorsport in mind) but the guy gives me a RAM, which the disk is made by Valeo anyways so I figure, "whatever, its still a heavy duty and the car is all stock, it'll be fine." I put the clutch in Sunday and the thing vibrates more than I would like. The clutch cable and quad are aftermarket and I think the cable is stretched, because its adjustable, but I have to tighten it up so much to make the throw-out bearing stop jumping around and squeaking that the clutch grabs just before the pedal is all the way out. I'm going to buy the stock clutch cable from Ford, and a firewall adjuster, and hopefully that will fix it. Right now I have it adjusted so that the clutch grabs about an inch off the floor, but when the pedal is all the way out, it rattles and jumps around like crazy until I rest my foot on it to take the slack out... I don't know if any of that has to do with RAM or not, but I like to stick with what I know and right now I'm not having alot of faith in this new RAM I just installed...

I think RAM needs to replace your buddies throwout bearing no matter what.

Which guy was it? Glasses? ...or the guy with the mustache? Both have dark hair. The one with the glasses is a little heavier than the guy with the mustache, and he was pretty nice to me. I could see how the other guy could come off as kinda rough cause he was talking to me about Tubular K-members and was just not a good conversationalist.
