If it's only surface rust, look into POR15 or master series silver. If not, yep, start cutting and welding. Good Luck.

That would be correct. Let's remember everyone, multiple accounts by the same person are against the site TOS, whether it was for a joke, or not. If it was done with malicious intent, both of your accounts will be on vacation.
